Make 9 inch pie
Line pie plate with crust
Pick over and hull 4 cups fresh berries
Combine:
- 2/3 - 1 cup sugar
- 4 T. flour
- 2 t. tapioca
- 1 1/2 T. lemon juice or 1/2 t. cinnamon
Bake on lower rack at 450 for 50 minutes.
Cool on rack. Serve with serrated pie server.
