Raspberry Pie Recipe

Serrated Pie Server
Make 9 inch pie
Line pie plate with crust
Pick over and hull 4 cups fresh berries

Combine:
  • 2/3 - 1 cup sugar
  • 4 T. flour
  • 2 t. tapioca
  • 1 1/2 T. lemon juice or 1/2 t. cinnamon
Sprinkle this over berries and stir gently with a cook's spoon until well blended. Pour into crust. Dot with butter.
Bake on lower rack at 450 for 50 minutes.
Cool on rack.  Serve with serrated pie server.
